A global live entertainment business is investing heavily in its data science capability as part of a wider transformation to drive CRM performance and commercial growth. With a newly scaled team across the UK and US, they are embedding data-led decision making at the core of marketing strategy.
This role sits at the centre of that transformation, owning MMM and influencing how marketing performance is measured and optimised. You’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to directly impact revenue-driving decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and scale Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) across UK and US
• Design and implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference)
• Develop data science models to optimise marketing performance
• Partner with CRM and marketing teams to drive personalisation and automation
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and model deployment workflows
• Communicate insights through data visualisation and stakeholder storytelling
• Mentor and support a junior Data Scientist
Key Details
• Salary: £70k–£100k
• Working model: Hybrid (2–3 days in London office, Shaftesbury Avenue)
• Tech stack: Python, SQL, AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Power BI
