Key Responsibilities
* Learn how to set up and program Motorola two-way radios for real-world use.
* Use test equipment like tracking generators to fine-tune system performance.
* Assist with configuring duplexers, antennas, and radio repeaters.
* Help deploy analogue and digital radio systems on-site and in the workshop.
* Run performance tests and quality checks to ensure systems meet spec.
* Support clients with technical queries, both remotely and face-to-face.
* Work with RM Server software for fleetwide radio programming.
Requirements
* A technical interest or background – whether through study, hobby, or work.
* Basic understanding of electronics or how devices communicate.
* A good eye for detail and the patience to follow technical steps accurately.
