Do you have experience of managing customer technical accounts, being the interface between quality product delivery across the supply chain?
This high-profile role will see you hosting customer site visits and deputising for the TSM and Technical Director on occasion.
Managing major retailer accounts such as Tesco, ASDA, JS and Morrisons, plus Foodservice customers such as Pret, Zizi and M&B in addition to B2B, will be the ideal platform to add to your confidence and depth of technical knowledge.
Internally, your knowledge of products, retailer codes of practice and technical standards will be relayed across the business. You’ll be helping to devise training programmes for all staff, working with the functional managers to achieve the best outcome for all parties – ultimately BRC AA standards every time.
Day-to-day it’s down to you to ensure all policies and procedures covering the HACCP, product safety, QMS and regulatory are in place, products and materials include accurate specifications, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to update as required.
This is seen as a key senior role in the business, do well here and it has the potential to grow, take on additional responsibility, working closely with and deputising for the Technical Director.
