Responsibilities:
Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
Making Safeguarding a priority
Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition
What we are looking for:
ESOL experience
Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
At least 2 years’ experience of tutoring 1:1 or groups of students
Understand Special Educational Needs (SEN) or are willing to learn
Have experience in 1:1 tuition
Skilled at managing challenging behaviours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
