Purpose
Red4Bed is a dynamic start-up healthcare/lifestyle company focused on the sleep market. We are transitioning from pre‑commercial to launch phase and seek an experienced product & brand marketing manager to lead this process. The role involves translating our brand blueprint into creative, performance-driven campaigns and retail collateral.
Core Functions & Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth
o Lead launch strategy and performance on Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimization.
o Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google to achieve CAC and ROAS targets.
o Coordinate tools for 3PL and customer service for efficient fulfillment.
2. Brand & Content Development
o Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
o Maintain brand consistency across channels.
3. Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
o Develop automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
o Optimize campaigns through A/B testing.
4. Influencer & Community Engagement
o Manage influencer outreach and campaigns.
o Grow and moderate online communities.
o Identify co-marketing partnership opportunities.
5. Insights & Analytics
o Conduct surveys and analyze data to inform strategies.
o Monitor marketing metrics and report regularly.
6. Retail & Compliance Support
o Prepare marketing materials for retail.
o Ensure compliance with UK/EU regulations.
Experience & Skills Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (minimum 2:1)
* 3–5 years in FMCG, wellness, or DTC marketing
* Experience with physical product launches and experiential events
* Proficiency in Shopify, CRM, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Spark
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
* Experience with lifecycle/email automation and CRO testing
* Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Gantt project management tools
