Daily Rate: From £600 to £650 (inside IR35 via umbrella)

HYBRID WORKING - 2/3 DAYS ONSITE IN BELFAST

The Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Service Designer to join our innovative product team. You will be instrumental in crafting journey maps and service blueprints that prioritise user experience, leading our design efforts and driving cultural change within the organisation. Your role will require a solid grasp of service design principles and the ability to deliver incremental user value through Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise Figma and other design tools to create intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that embody user-centred design principles.
* Collaborate with stakeholders via design thinking workshops to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly solutions.
* Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to ensure our designs effectively meet user needs.
* Articulate and present design concepts, strategies, and project progress to stakeholders at all levels.
* Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practises in service design, introducing innovative solutions that enhance business growth and user satisfaction.

Experience:
* Proven experience as a Service Designer, driving business outcomes through innovative design solutions.
* Ideally a background in consultancy
* Strong expertise in creating journey maps and service blueprints that connect complex requirements into a cohesive narrative.
* Proficient in Figma for developing clickable prototypes and conducting workshops, with experience in presenting and reporting outcomes through analytic tools.
* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, capable of conveying intricate design concepts to diverse audiences, from technical experts to senior leadership.
* Experienced in navigating and networking across enterprises, utilising both internal and external resources effectively.
