Internal Account Manager
You'll take ownership of day-to-day client performance, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, contract terms, and profitability expectations. Building long-term relationships with both clients and the supply chain will be central to driving service excellence and supporting sustained business growth. Contracted hours Monday- Friday 8:30-17:30 or 8:00-17:00.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a consistent, world-class service delivery to the client and managing agents
Provide key account support via email, telephone, and customer meetings
Monitor, action, and ensure adherence to customer SLAs / KPIs
Develop and deliver a high standard of customer communication
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Investigate issues and drive problems through to resolution
Prepare reports for the client and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update client tracking systems (spreadsheets, web portals, FM systems)
Manage monthly invoicing submission spreadsheets (collation and accuracy)
Monitor and report on engineer adherence to client site processes/requirements
Act as an escalation point for client-related issues
Implement continuous improvement plans to strengthen service performance
Maintain data integrity on internal systems in relation to the client account
Support the wider Key Accounts team when required
Ensure account meets targets operationally and financially
Work with the Service Operations Director on asset replacement/upgrade planning
Provide reporting and analysis as requiredAbout You (Skills & Experience)
Strong ownership and accountability for performance delivery
Excellent communication skills-comfortable partnering with clients and influencing internal teams
Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to tracking and reporting
Confident working to tight timescales in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
Practical problem solver with resilience and a "get it done" mindset
Self-driven, proactive and able to take initiative
Customer-focused, professional and commercially aware
Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Collaborative team player with strong planning and prioritisation skills
Able to network and influence stakeholders internally and externally

Basic salary £28,000-£30,000 dependent on experience
Profit Share, equivalent to approximately one twelfth of annual salary, subject to company performance.
