Are you a qualified accountant with proven experience in finance business partnering? Our client, a global commercial business with a key finance hub in Leeds, is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance in dedicated regions.
What You'll Do:
1. Take end-to-end ownership of your region's financials and be a trusted partner to commercial teams
2. Enhance business performance through insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
3. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, delivering robust monthly/quarterly results and commentary
4. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive profit and efficiency
5. Collaborate internationally and influence senior stakeholders across the business
What We're Looking For:
6. Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
7. Demonstrable finance business partnering experience in a commercial environment
8. Advanced analytical skills, with strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
9. Excellent communicator, able to engage and influence non-finance leaders
10. Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the commercial acumen to challenge and support
