Job Title: Compliance Officer
Location: Enfield
Salary: Up to 60000
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Im partnering with a growing organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Officer to support and strengthen their internal compliance framework. This is a great opportunity for someone who can confidently advise teams manage regulatory requirements and take ownership of compliance activity across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements including Data Protection and Anti-Bribery.
* Support teams across Sales Programme Service Support and Procurement with compliance guidance.
* Maintain and promote internal compliance and ethics policies.
* Monitor regulatory updates and advise the business on required changes.
* Conduct due diligence checks and risk assessments on third parties and transactions.
* Support compliance across the contract and programme lifecycle.
* Complete DPIAs maintain processing records and respond to data protection queries and subject access requests.
* Assist with compliance training and support investigations into potential non-compliance issues.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a compliance-focused or regulatory role.
* Strong understanding of Data Protection and Anti-Bribery regulations.
* Excellent communication organisation and report-writing skills.
* Proactive detail-driven and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
