Uniting Talent are currently recruiting for B2B Account Managers for our client based in Hartlepool. Duties will include; Identifying new business opportunities Making B2B outbound calls Developing a client pipeline Introducing products to potential customers Maximising sales through negotiation Maintaining and building customer relationships Working towards meeting/exceeding sales targets The ideal candidate must have; Minimum of 1 years outbound sales experience Ability to identify and convert new customers Strong experience with phone and online communication Ability to manage a sales pipeline, ensuring lead generation, conversion, and account growth Ability to manage a portfolio of clients whilst building and maintaining relationships Ability to solve any queries and complaints before escalation Strong negotiation skills Experience working with other teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries. Strong CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities, customer interactions and reporting on sales performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers. Monday - Friday, no weekends Salary - £28,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience uncapped commission
