About the Investment Broker Position: We’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven Investment Broker to join our team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. What You’ll Do: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound leads. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Conduct market analysis to uncover potential growth areas and customer needs. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. * Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction. * Track and report on performance metrics, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools. What We’re Looking For: * 2 years of experience in closing deals in the investment sector. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and drive. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
