About The Role
To support the Food & Beverage Managers in delivering seamless F&B operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service for all guests. This role is key in helping the venue meet its sales targets while maintaining a guest-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Maximise the use of available resources to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
* Lead and manage a team across various F&B areas, including suites, VIP bars, kiosks, conference, and banqueting, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with F&B Managers, other venue departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless event execution for clients.
* Monitor and manage the EPOS system daily, providing reports as required.
* Oversee stock ordering in line with the events calendar and raise Purchase Orders according to company procedures in collaboration with the warehouse manager.
* Ensure stock levels are maintained and aligned with upcoming events to avoid shortages or overstocking.
* Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff, including casual employees, to maintain a high-performance team.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene regulations, and all relevant legislation within F&B operations.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by the F&B Manager to support the overall operations.

* Experience operating in a fast-paced premium environment in either hospitality or retail.
* Professional and articulate communication skills.
* A track record working in a guest/customer-facing role.
* A can-do approach with a positive attitude when it comes to facing challenges.
