* Manage a busy dual-desk covering permanent and contract engineering roles
* Build long-term relationships with engineering clients and technical talent across:
o Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
o Civils & Infrastructure
o Manufacturing & Production
o Design & Project Engineering
o Marine, Defence & Energy
* Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
* Deliver tailored, expert recruitment solutions to clients ranging from SMEs to major engineering consultancies and contractors
What We're Looking For
* Proven recruitment experience (engineering knowledge ideal)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ambitious, driven, and ready to grow a high-performing desk
* Comfortable working across multiple regions (Southwest & South Wales)
* Knowledge of the Plymouth or Cardiff engineering market is an advantage
