Purpose of the Role The R&D Design Manager is responsible for leading products end-to-end through the new product development process, from concept through validation, release, and production handover. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all specifications, quality standards, and scalability requirements, all in alignment with the portfolio range plan.
