The Role
* Position: Nursery Teacher (Ages 3–4)
* Location: Slough, Berkshire
* Start Date: January 2026
* Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered
In this role, you will:
* Lead and inspire a group of Nursery children through purposeful play and structured learning
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Framework
* Support children’s personal, social and emotional development
* Foster communication, early language, phonics, and early numeracy skills
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support each child's progress
* Work closely with early years colleagues and contribute to the wider school life
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a passionate, nurturing and highly organised Nursery Teacher with the ability to create a joyful, calm and inspiring early years environment.
You will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS/EYPS
* Experience working in Nursery or EYFS settings (within school or private nursery settings)
* A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and pedagogy
* A warm, caring and child-centred approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team-player mindset with a collaborative, flexible attitude
