Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons to secondary school students
* Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and are tailored to individual student needs
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development
* Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Attend departmental and staff meetings to contribute to ongoing curriculum development
* Stay updated with developments in the field of Physics education and implement best practices in the classroom
* Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth
* Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
