What You'll Be Doing
1. Keep product listings accurate and up to date with the right descriptions, specifications, images, data sheets, pricing, and brand details.
2. Craft clear, concise, and SEO-friendly product copy that drives engagement.
3. Optimise listings for accuracy, searchability, and conversion to deliver a compelling customer experience.
4. Configure search and merchandising settings-such as synonyms, facets, and filters-to improve product discoverability and usability.
5. Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to create content that enhances the customer journey and strengthens internal relationships.
6. Partner with buying and merchandising teams to ensure products are presented effectively and aligned with business objectives.
7. Liaise with external stakeholders to refresh and improve product data regularly.
8. Develop optimised long-form content for category, promotional, and informational pages to boost SEO and conversions.
9. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring tone of voice consistency across all website content.
10. Upload new products, manage categories, and maintain product hierarchies.
11. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and product-related queries.
12. Stay informed on trade industry trends and best practices in digital copywriting and SEO.
