As the Panel Sales Manager you will oversee the day to day management of the Panel Sales Team, ensuring day to day sales and margins targets are achieved. Other responsibilities within the role will be to oversee sales proactivity, develop strategies to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and manage stock profiles. The role involves managing, coaching, and motivating the Panel Sales Team while analysing sales data and identifying key market intelligence to enhance performance. You will be highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic with prior experience working as a Sales Manager or similar. You will need excellent people management skills and enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to manage your own workload. Ideally the candidate must have a sound knowledge of panel products.
