JOB TITLE: LECTURER - ART AND DESIGN AND PHOTOGRAPHY
LOCATION: KING'S LYNN
HOURS: SESSIONAL/ AD HOC/ CASUAL
SALARY: £26.85 - £33.86 (£31,904 - £40,233 FTE)

This is a rare opportunity to join our Creative Arts team to deliver Photography and/or Art and Design at level 2 and level 3 at our Kings Lynn campus. We have a Photography studio, darkroom and dedicated learning spaces giving students the space and tools they need to thrive. Each year we showcase our student\'s success with an end of year exhibition. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring new and fresh ideas to the strong and supportive Creative Arts team. Not taught before? We will support you to gain the skills and qualifications you need to succeed in teaching in FE.

Responsibilities
* Deliver Photography and/or Art and Design at level 2 and level 3 at the Kings Lynn campus.
* Support students to develop creative and academic learning outcomes and participate in end-of-year exhibitions.
* Join and contribute to the Creative Arts team with new and fresh ideas.
* Support teaching and learning through the use of high-quality facilities (Photography studio, darkroom and dedicated learning spaces).
* Engage with the department to promote student achievement and showcase work throughout the year.
* Participate in the college’s commitment to work-life balance and flexible working opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Willingness to gain the skills and qualifications needed to succeed in teaching in Further Education (FE).
* Salary progression will be based on experience and teaching qualifications; appointments at the top of the scale typically require a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.
