General Manager - £100000 salary, £40000 bonus plus superb benefits package
We are looking for a General Manager to join a wonderful group that put people at the heart of everything they do. The successful candidate will inspire the team to excel, deliver, grow and develop the business within the defined region and maintain quality service by embedding and enforcing policies and procedures. You'll increase managements effectiveness by training, coaching and counselling site managers and colleagues whilst communicating values, strategies, and purpose. Are you a team player?
Do you have the attitude to make it happen by driving the standard in customer care?
Have you successfully led and developed a team of sales, service and support colleagues in a fast-paced automotive environment?
Do you have experience managing a franchised motor dealership or a similar automotive retail business in Scotland or the north of the UK or would you relocate?
Can you demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets and profitability improvements within a motor dealership environment?
