As part of our dynamic Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team, you’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Litera’s Foundation platform and AI solutions to support pitches, proposals, and strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and play a key role in enhancing our global client experience.
What You’ll Do:
1. Act as a subject matter expert on our experience management system
2. Support business development teams with credentials and content
3. Deliver technical support and conduct complex experience searches
4. Leverage AI tools to streamline data capture and reporting
5. Monitor system usage and contribute to process improvements
6. Build strong relationships across MBD, legal, and knowledge teams
What You’ll Bring:
7. Experience in legal/business research within professional services
8. Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
9. Confidence working independently and collaboratively
10. High IT literacy, including Microsoft 365 and data management tools
11. Bonus: Familiarity with Litera Foundation, Power BI, SharePoint, or AI tools
