Job Description
Overview
Lead complex, multi-year automation technology projects, new product introductions, and process improvements. Collaborate across departments and manage global vendors to ensure business requirements are met while overseeing time, cost, and quality. Regularly update senior leadership on project progress.
Responsibilities
* Manage cross-functional projects, including equipment builds, process changes, and facility improvements.
* Lead equipment design, procurement, and installation, ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO regulations.
* Conduct feasibility studies, develop business cases, and validate new automation technologies.
* Maintain technical knowledge of facility, equipment, and processes.
* Apply project management tools and methodologies while collaborating with stakeholders.
* Train operators and maintenance teams on automation and best practices.
* Support financial forecasting for projects and asset management.
* Significant domestic and worldwide travel required.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Packaging Engineering preferred.
* Experience: 3-7 years in project management and a background in mechanical, packaging, and distribution environments.
* Industries: We are looking for candidates within medical devices, pharmaceutical, FMCG, food and automotive industries.
