Key Responsibilities Lead retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Plan and manage work programmes, budgets, targets, and operational teams Oversee energy-saving upgrades such as insulation, low-carbon heating, ventilation, and window/door replacements Maintain full compliance with PAS 2030/2035, ECO funding, and all building and safety regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and project stakeholders Manage engineers and subcontractors, providing technical support and ensuring high performance Conduct regular site inspections to monitor health & safety, quality, and productivity Collaborate with the commercial team to manage costs and ensure reporting deadlines are met What We're Looking For Essential: 5 years' experience managing retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction projects Strong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035, ECO, Building Regulations, and sustainability measures SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, and CSCS (Managers) certified Familiarity with temporary works procedures, site admin, and construction drawings Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving and communication skills Competent in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and PowerProject Full UK driving licence Desirable: Retrofit Coordinator or Assessor qualification Experience managing M&E systems or heat network projects
