£12.30 per hour plus benefits
Hours:
20 hours per week, 9:30 pm to 7:30 am, Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday
Contract:
Part-Time, Permanent
Driving Requirement:
A valid full UK manual driving license is preferable but not essential

A manual UK driving license and comfort driving alternative vehicles are desirable.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of someone's journey towards independence. Your responsibilities include:
* Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication, and daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Understanding and supporting individual needs.
* Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging exploration.
* Social Engagement: Facilitating participation in activities and hobbies.
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring respectful and dignified treatment for individuals and their families.
Who You Will Be Supporting
Fairways in Aldershot is a residential home for people with disabilities, including learning disabilities and sight loss. The individuals enjoy outings such as theatre trips, karaoke, shopping, swimming, and social visits to the pub.
