What will your objectives be?
Customer service
8. Resolve customer inquiries and exceed expectations in the store.
9. Serve multiple clients using standard procedures.
10. Manage transactions at the cash register with precision and efficiency.
11. Know, understand and demonstrate an updated and complete knowledge of the product.
Sales
12. Reach personal / store sales goals taking into account the KPIs of the store.
Image of the store
13. Maintain the store according to the image of the company.
14. Keep the stock room and accessories room organised.
15. Keep stock loss to a minimum.
16. Replenish in a timely manner.
Professional behavior
17. Comply with the company's dress code.
18. Participate and contribute in informative and staff meetings.
19. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues, including line management.
20. Advise and help train other staff members.
21. Observe and work within the health and safety guidelines.
22. Be a good ambassador for the brand.
Store management
23. Open and close the store when necessary.
24. Administrative management.
Requirements
What you need to succeed in this role:
25. At least 2 years of experience in this field
26. Tailoring experience is a must.
27. Training cycle.
28. Additional languages would be desirable although not essential.
