The Role You will work on a broad range of high-quality and complex matters, including: Financial services litigation, including restructuring and insolvency matters Acting for creditors, Insolvency Practitioners and company directors Advising funders and creditors in contentious matters Complex commercial and corporate disputes Real estate litigation Breach of warranty claims and indemnity issues This role offers excellent exposure to high-value litigation matters across Northern Ireland, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while gaining early responsibility and client contact. The Candidate Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or another UK/Ireland jurisdiction Strong academic background and solid technical foundation Commercial litigation experience is advantageous but not essential Genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a leading law firm Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Solicitors from other practice areas who have a clear interest in transitioning into commercial litigation are strongly encouraged to apply.
