SEN Teaching Assistant – Year 6 (ASD Support) Location: Newham, East London Contract: Full-time Start Date: February 2026 Salary: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience) The Role We are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 6 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a welcoming and inclusive school in Newham. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve both academically and socially. You will play a key role in supporting the pupil’s learning, emotional regulation, and transition towards secondary education.
