Store Manager – Garage Women’s Clothing (Bluewater Shopping Centre)
Garage is looking for a confident, people-focused Store Manager to lead our team at Bluewater. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and keeping the store running smoothly day to day.
What you’ll do:
* Lead, motivate and develop the team
* Deliver great customer service
* Manage daily operations, merchandising, and store standards
* Hit sales targets and support company KPIs
What we’re looking for:
* Previous retail management or strong supervisory experience
* A hands-on leader with great communication skills
* Someone who loves fashion and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Hours: Full time, including weekends on a rota.
