★ FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY ★
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a fast-paced and highly successful business based near Evesham to recruit their new HR Associate Director.
This exciting role offers you the chance to lead, shape, and deliver the company's people strategy as it embarks on a cultural change journey - driving initiatives that strengthen culture, build talent and capability, improve communications, and enhance organisational performance.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in influencing and executing strategic decisions across the business. You\'ll lead a small and talented HR team (x3.5) and provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR and HR project management - from organisational design and change management to talent development, reward, engagement, and leadership capability.
This is a hugely varied position that will require strong project management skills, sound commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach. We\'re looking for a proven HR professional with significant leadership experience gained within complex, consultancy, knowledge-based, or scientific environments. CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) is preferred.
Above all, you\'ll be an authentic, empathetic, and influential leader, who builds trust and credibility at all levels, with a genuine passion for creating an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
If you can demonstrate the above experience, we\'d love to hear from you! Please contact our retained consultant, Andi Drinkwater, for more information.
