Supporting pupils’ communication, social interaction, and independence
Helping deliver lessons shaped around each child’s needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and celebrating progress, no matter how small
Teaming up with families, teachers, and therapists to make sure pupils get the right support
Who we’re looking for:
Kind, patient, and ready to get stuck in
Keen to learn more about autism and how best to support pupils
Brilliant at building relationships with pupils and staff
A team player who loves helping others succeed
Why this role?
Because what you do here really matters. You’ll help children discover what they can do, in a school community that they enjoy being a part of as it celebrates every achievement.
