Role Overview
Events Manager – responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating events. Based in London (3 days WFH, 2 days on‑site). 6‑month contract.
Responsibilities
* Define event objectives, target audience, and KPIs
* Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
* Create timelines and project plans
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders
* Oversee on‑site/virtual/hybrid event operations
* Manage volunteers and contractors
* Ensure smooth attendee experience
* Develop contingency plans
* Post‑event evaluation, debriefs, and feedback collection
* Prepare performance reports and insights for future improvements

Location & Employment
London, United Kingdom – Standard 9‑hour day, 3 days WFH.
