HR Generalist\nLocation: M15\nSalary: 30k-35k\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for a HR Generalist to join our newly appointed greenfield site\nThe ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a stand alone position supporting the Human Resources Director for UK/Europe\nDuties\n * Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\n * Conduct initial screenings of candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.\n * Maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.\n * Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.\n * Manage employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies.\n * Assist in performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.\n * Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.\n * Utilise social media management tools to promote company culture and job openings effectively.\n * Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining HR documentation.\n * HR Admin support to the Human Resources Director\nExperience\n * Proven experience in a Human Resources role or similar administrative position is preferred.\n * Familiarity with HR software\n * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with employees at all levels.\n * Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.\n * Experience in organising sponsorship visa etc\nIf you are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a thriving workplace environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
