Senior Space Utilisation Manager Location: Brighton / Sussex Multi-site / Hybrid The Role We are seeking a Senior Space Utilisation Manager to lead the strategic planning, optimisation, and governance of space across a large, complex, multi-site estate in Sussex. This is a Senior Space Utilisation role within the property and capital development function, responsible for balancing competing demands, enabling major capital projects, and ensuring space is used efficiently, safely, and sustainably. You will play a key role in shaping estate strategy, driving rationalisation, and delivering data-led decisions that support organisational priorities.
