What You’ll Do:
Website Management:
Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party devs
Optimise navigation, collections, UX, and product launches
Align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities
Digital Marketing & Paid Social:
Plan, launch & optimise Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
Monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets
Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad impact
Deliver clear performance reports & sales forecasts
Manage marketing calendar and online trading budget
Track trends to stay ahead of the curve
Inventory Management:
Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams
Ensure site readiness ahead of key launches and promos
What You’ll Bring:
4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (sportswear or footwear ideal)
Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest
Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+
Skilled in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
Strong performance marketing mindset (ROI, conversions, CPL)
