Real Estate Conveyancing Lawyer / CILEx / Licensed Conveyancer Location: Leeds Salary: Competitive Type: Full‑time, permanent A well‑established national law firm is looking to appoint an experienced conveyancing professional to join its expanding real estate team. The firm has a long history, multiple UK offices, and a strong reputation for high‑quality work across the property sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, supportive team working on a wide range of development‑focused matters. The Role Working closely with senior lawyers, you will manage your own caseload while supporting larger transactions. The work is varied and will include: Handling sales and purchases of land, including social housing assets Managing and transferring open spaces Assisting with wider real estate projects, such as large‑scale stock transfers Preparing and drafting documents including transfers, deeds, certificates and ancillary paperwork Producing reports on title and reviewing due diligence Managing pre‑ and post‑completion steps, including Land Registry applications and requisitions Liaising directly with clients and external stakeholders Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements This role offers exposure to substantial development projects and the chance to work with a diverse client base, including housing providers, developers, and institutional investors. About You We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay organised under pressure, and deliver work to a high standard.
