Pay: £21,000–£30,000 OTE (performance-based) + bonuses & travel opportunities

ASG Marketing is a sales and marketing consultancy helping national and international brands grow their customer base through face-to-face events, residential campaigns, and business-to-business outreach.

Position Overview
This is an entry-level, on-site role where you will represent our clients directly to customers. You will learn sales, marketing, and customer engagement skills while working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in person to explain products and services.
* Answer questions, provide accurate information, and guide customers through the purchase or sign-up process.
* Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times.
* Meet agreed performance targets in line with training and guidance.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
* Attend regular team training sessions and meetings.
Requirements
* Good communication and people skills.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work towards targets.
* Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
What We Offer
* Average earnings: £400–£700/week (performance-based).
* Full training – no prior sales or marketing experience required.
* Clear career progression from Brand Ambassador to leadership roles.

* Supportive team environment with regular training and coaching.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend events
