Job Description
The Curier Pay Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
3. Manage the calculation and analysis of courier pay to ensure accuracy and consistency.
4. Develop and maintain detailed reports to support business operations and decision-making.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline pay processes and resolve discrepancies.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
7. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.
8. Managing and developing a team of analysts
The Successful Applicant
A successful Courier Pay Manager should have:
9. A strong background in analytics,
10. Proficiency with SQL & Power BI, Databricks is an advantage but not necessary.
11. Either managed teams previously or is looking for that next step into management.
