As a Sous Chef you will
* Support the Exec / Head Chef with day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
* Help create and develop new dishes and menus.
* Prepare, cook and present high‑quality food within your section.
* Assist with ordering and managing stock, while controlling costs.
* Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs in the brigade.
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards.

* Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen.
* A strong team player who leads by example and stays calm under pressure.
* Great attention to detail and consistently high standards.
