Luxuria Property Ltd is a vibrant and growing Construction, Hard Landscaping and Property Management Company based in Virginia Water, with projects across Surrey & Berkshire.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Officer to support our Management team to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities include -
* Providing day to day admin support to the Director and Construction Manager
* Managing diaries, the enquiry inbox and handling phone calls
* Coordinating office supplies and equipment orders
* Overseeing company insurance renewals and liaising with brokers on policies and claims
* Managing the Company fleet (MOTs, services, tax, repairs, trackers, fuel cards etc)
* Collecting & processing staff timesheets
* Handling ad-hoc tasks such as managing mobile phone accounts, staff uniform and company events etc.

PLEASE NOTE - This is a part-time role of 32.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm with 30 mins unpaid for lunch) Salary will be offered on a pro rata basis, calculated from a full-time equivalent of 42.5 hours per week.
