Position
Adjunct Faculty – Writing and Speech, Part‑time, Undergraduate School (UMGC Europe).
Required Education & Experience
* Master's degree in Writing, Speech, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
* Professional experience in a related field.
* Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education (strongly preferred).
* Local applicants only. Must maintain legal status in the country.

Responsibilities
* Actively engage students, motivating them to succeed and conveying genuine enthusiasm for learning.
* Guide students in active collaboration and the application of their learning in problem‑ and project‑based learning demonstrations.
* Provide rich, regular constructive feedback using rubrics effectively for assessment of student work, and acknowledge student accomplishments.
* Demonstrate current subject‑matter expertise and help students connect concepts across their academic program.
* Provide feedback to the program chair on possible curricular improvements.

Salary
Salary commensurate with experience. Hiring range by degree: Non‑PhD, Step 1 $903 – Step 16 $1,173 per credit hour; PhD, Step 1 $931 – Step 16 $1,215 per credit hour.
