We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using ERP system.
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to assist in sales strategy development.
* Assist in processing sales orders and handling customer inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Organise and maintain documentation related to sales activities, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Experience
* Proven experience in sales is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
* An experience in customer relationship is preferred.
* Computer literacy is essential, along with a willingness to learn new software as needed.
