At Bloor Homes, our Sales Advisors are an integral part of the team – helping turn customers' dream homes into reality. As a Sales Advisor, you'll guide buyers through their journey, ensuring a smooth experience.
We are recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor for our Eastern Region at our new development in Basildon, Essex. This site is in early construction phases, with plans for over 250 homes. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the off-plan buying process and representing a leading UK housebuilder committed to quality and customer care.
Main Duties:
This role includes:
* Maintaining knowledge of products, construction, local info, competitors, and regulations, using this knowledge professionally.
* Engaging prospects, recording visits, and following up via CRM and analysis forms.
* Handling reservations and paperwork efficiently, ensuring customers understand the sales process.
* Managing timescales to meet or exceed targets.
* Maintaining relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and valuers.
* Staying updated on mortgage products through regular contact with Financial Advisors.
* Upholding company policies and undertaking additional tasks as required.

Essential Skills / Attributes:
