Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
* A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Knowledge of specific educational programs or initiatives used in primary schools (e.g., phonics schemes).
* Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare.
