Role Overview
The role involves overseeing event management, creating and managing marketing collateral (internal and external communications), and driving digital marketing initiatives, particularly in social media and website development. The position also provides administrative and marketing support for the development and execution of the marketing plan, along with related operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
• Assist in event management, including team coordination, collateral management, and maintaining event reports.
• Support the creation and management of marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures) for internal and external communications.
• Contribute to the development and management of social media strategies and content.
• Aid in website enhancement and content management.
• Assist in drafting and maintaining regular marketing reports.
• Support the execution and measurement of the marketing plan, focusing on performance tracking and reporting.
• Undertake additional marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.
General:
• Serve as a point of contact for marketing vendors and agencies.
• Manage budget-related tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing, billing, and preparing estimates and reports for marketing and event-related expenses.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Support campaign management, including coordination with agencies for media plan implementation.
• Complete other assigned tasks as required.
