I have a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced deputy manager looking to step up, or an existing registered manager looking for a new challenge.
The vacancy is based in Oldham.
Salary:
* Earning potential of over 65,000
* Up to 60,000 salary
* + bonuses
Contract:
* Monday - Friday, 9-5, + on calls
* Full-time, permanent contract
Job Details:
* Children's Home Manager
* OFSTED registration
* Managing a new EBD home
* Managing staff team, ensuring the service is a safe and effective environment to create safe and effective
* Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards, whilst also implementing company policies and procedures
* Oldham based
Requirements:
* Deputy or Registered Manager experience
* NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
* NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
