This position demands a deep understanding of the P&C, Life & Annuity Insurance Industry, with a focus on Insurance carriers (large/regional), Reinsurers, Agencies, and Brokers.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Driving business transformation, growth, and development within the insurance sectorSourcing, qualifying, strategizing, pitching, and closing large, complex multi-tower BPM deals for WNSConducting thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, including CFOs, GCs, and company advisorsOverseeing business development initiatives in United Kingdom, including monitoring and tracking opportunitiesDelivering compelling presentations to customers, utilizing data from needs analysis to demonstrate WNS's superior value propositionExecuting sales strategies with precision and purpose to achieve successful outcomesNegotiating deals to optimize profitability while maintaining client satisfactionProviding consistent and accurate forecasts through rigorous pipeline analysisDeveloping and implementing strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectivesCoordinating internal resources effectively to pursue high-value accountsPrioritizing and managing selling activities with utmost diligence and timelinessMaintaining comprehensive knowledge of WNS services through ongoing professional development and trainingThis role requires a commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate at the highest levels of the insurance industry.QualificationsBachelor's degree with experience in selling BPM services to P&C/ L&A IndustryAdditional InformationExpertise in Consultative Selling & BPM/BPO Sales.Domain Expertise in Insurance & BFSIExpertise in Large Deals & Good C Level connects within Insurance & BFSI SectorAbility to work as Individual Contributor & a proven Hunter in previous stints
