Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Engagement: Lead conversations on social media, ensuring content is engaging, responsive, and community-focused.
2. Storytelling & Campaigns: Create compelling stories and support digital campaigns to build public trust.
3. Content Creation: Produce visual and written content tailored for various platforms to promote public interaction.
4. Strategic Advice: Advise officers on effective communication strategies with communities.
5. Channel Management: Oversee social media channels, analyze performance, and implement improvements.
6. Collaboration & Leadership: Inspire team members and contribute to a high-performing communications team.
