The school is NAS-accredited and Ofsted-rated 'Good', supporting academically able pupils with autism, ADHD, and complex needs. Most students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or a statement of special educational needs.

Your new role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the senior leadership team to support the delivery of tailored learning activities. You'll assist pupils in a range of classroom settings and provide one-to-one support where required. Your role will be key in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
