Are you passionate about putting consumers at the heart of healthcare innovation? We’re looking for a Consumer Engagement Strategist to lead therapy-specific initiatives. This role spans the UK and Nordic markets, driving strategic consumer engagement across a dynamic and collaborative Northern European hub.
🌍 About the Role
As Therapy Lead for Neuroscience, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing consumer engagement strategies that are intuitive, impactful, and grounded in deep consumer insight. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns resonate emotionally and deliver long-term value.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Build consumer understanding through segmentation, personas, journey mapping, and ecosystem analysis
* Develop a 5-year consumer engagement strategy for neuroscience therapy areas
* Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across relevant channels
* Collaborate with media and creative agencies to localize and amplify global content
* Ensure compliance through close coordination with legal and regulatory teams
* Own campaign measurement and continuous improvement using data and analytics
* Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, digital, medical affairs, and more
* Champion consumer-first thinking and build capability across the organization
* Monitor external trends and adjust strategies accordingly

* Deep expertise in consumer research, insight generation, and strategic planning
* Proven success in campaign development and localization across UK & Nordic markets
* Strong understanding of brand equity, masterbrand strategy, and disease-state positioning
* Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire
* Resilience and experience driving consumer transformation within healthcare settings
🎓 Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (essential)
* 5-10+ years in consumer marketing, ideally within healthcare or related sectors
* Experience working with media, creative, and research agencies
* Familiarity with consumer data tools and planning frameworks
