Purpose of the role
To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
1. Support daily Wholesale Lending activities including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
2. Monitor the bank's lending operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
3. Collaborate with various teams across the bank to align Wholesale Lending processes.
4. Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes in Wholesale Lending processes.
5. Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency.
6. Create reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance for internal senior stakeholders.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends to implement best practices in Wholesale Lending services.
8. Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
